What happens when you feel out of sync with your group?

Have you ever experienced a sense of disconnection or discomfort within a group that you belong to? Perhaps you couldn’t quite figure out what was wrong, but you knew that something was off. I have experienced this feeling many times over the past few years. I have done a lot to heal myself mentally and spiritually. This journey has not been easy, as it requires a willingness to ask difficult questions and search for deeper meaning and understanding.

In my opinion, love, and compassion are the universal currencies that connect us all. I believe that we are all connected to a higher power, whether we call it God, the universe, source, or something else entirely. Unfortunately, organized religion often serves to divide us and prevent us from recognizing our inherent unity with each other and with the divine.

Living in a small southern town, I have found that church is often the primary source of social activity and community connection. However, a lot of times I do not feel I fully belong within that spiritual community.

Instead, While I am waiting, I will focus on meditating and trusting in the timing of the universe to guide me on my journey.
